Marbled Chocolate Bark with Pomegranate
Swirls of dark and white chocolate topped with rubies from nature.
100g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate
Seeds from 1/2 pomegranate
Preparation1. Temper the chocolate by placing a heatproof bowl over a pot with a small amount of boiling water. Once the water has come to boil, gently simmer.
2. Chop your white chocolate and add to the bowl on the stovetop. Mix together until this is fully melted and silky smooth. Repeat with the dark chocolate in a separate bowl.
3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour the dark chocolate into a thin layer. Take spoonfuls of the white chocolate and drop amongst the dark.
4. With a toothpick, go across and back the chocolate to create swirls. While still warm and melted, top with the pomegranate seeds.
5. Set aside in the fridge for 2-4 hours before removing and breaking into bite-sized pieces.
