The Magic of Magnesium
From all that I’ve learned through nutrition over the years, there is one mineral that I have never been without and that is magnesium.
Magnesium is a catalyst for over 300 cofactors in our body. A stellar choice for managing stress, easing aches and pains, promoting restful sleep, and so much more.
My favourite way is via a bath using Epsom salts. Use 2-4 cups along with sea salt, crystals (rose quartz and amethyst are great choices), and a couple of drops of frankincense oil.
